I bought the gum today, they scanned, no beep but they didn’t come off the transaction. She had to manually did it. I was buying with catfood, but I don’t think that the gift card was it, I think they just have to override it.

i did this today & put $20 on a gift card.i did this in DEC and used the overage to get things i needed today was the 1st time putting it on a gift card and my cashier was in amazement! she rang it all up (its a cashier i cash out w/ alot there) and i told her to just go with me i wasnt sure if this would work or not, so she did everything was brought down to 0.00 & she said i think U just made $20.00 on that deal, i said yep that was the idea. she told me she needs to take lessons from me, lol

@sweetdiscounts.. yea, the coupons for the gum at walmart didnt peep but they didnt go through but the cashier and the manager just manually put them through for me. So ive done it 4 time with no prob.
