Q&A: Can you apply a coupon a few days after you purchased an item?
Question by : Can you apply a coupon a few days after you purchased an item?
I made a huge purchase for $ 2500, and two days later discovered a coupon for 10% off. This was for some flooring at a major retailer. Am I typically able to go back and have them honor the 10% off coupon to the purchase I've already made? This was for some flooring I ordered at Lowes.

in my experience coupons are only valid if presented at time of purchase, you should be able to check on the coupon to see the terms and conditions but i think you'll probably find that it's ten percent you won't see again.

if they have a price guarantee yes
Lowe’s will be happy to refund the difference… If for some god awful reason they don’t, then return the tile, and then purchase it again using the coupon, but from my experience with Lowe’s they will be happy to do it.
