What are some sites where i can get more info about using coupons and available coupons in ottawa/ canada area?

There are lots of us site but i didnt find a canadian site so far. Please help.

The US poverty level is much higher than those in Canada, hence the doubling of coupons in an attempt to feed the poor. Our food stamp program only allocates about $ 4.25 per day, and the Republicans refuse to raise it.
