Question by Jacob: Is it legal for a company to refuse a gift certificate?
I just found 4 gift certificates from a few years ago to Domino's. I called to order and they told me that they would no longer be honored. There is no experiation date on the gift certificate. It says "Redeemable for One Medium 1-Topping Pizza."I was wondering if that is a violation of any law or anything in Missouri.

gift certificates are RARELY for a specific item like that....they are normally in a denomination of money. Chances are you found a voucher, which is VERY different than an actual gift certificate....then if the term "gift certificate" is printed on whatever you found.Add your own answer in the comments!
